These guys promised to clean our furnace ducting and get rid of mold for a very competitive price. My wife was home while the work was going on. They upsold her to a $400 package somehow. When I came home and looked in the vents, they were still full of dirt and not clean at all. We contacted Blackwell and asked for someone to come and re-clean, they never responsed, nor did they return any of our calls. We cancelled the cheque we had given them and hired another company to clean up their mess. This was in Sept 2006. Now, 6 years later, July 2012, they send my a notice of lawsuit via some lawfirm in toronto that they want $625.98 or a lawsuit against us will proceed. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY - bad service, and you will be sorry.
