Horrible service. Despite providing them 2 years notice for this project, I have been waiting MONTHS for them to complete it. Promises made and not kept. Six months prior to needing to start install, we continually reminded them that we STILL needed drawings. Took 5 months to get them to us (after having over a year and a half) and multiple visits to the site for measuring and re-measuring. We were given timelines only to have them changed on us, delays by 2 months (after multiple delays prior). Excuses, poor time management and broken promises. It's a shame because they really do provide a great product and have some great staff members (Lauren and Samantha). We understand we are in a difficult time with COVID but this goes beyond what is reasonable. We are now at a standstill and keep getting excuses. Horribly dissatisfied.

Peter did a great job and was very professional! Peter even tried to help me solve the problem before coming out to take a look at my dryer. Would definitely use MA again.

It started snowing Saturday and as of Sunday afternoon they still hadn't come to remove snow. We had to shovel as we were having a party. His voicemail was full and he wasn't answer the phone. I finally get through on Tuesday afternoon. I get the excuse that his equipment was locked up and couldn't get to it but that he would send someone right away. It is now Wednesday morning and I'm still waiting. When I gave him my address he kept asking where it was. He had no problem finding us when he needed to get his money. Never again.

Horrible customer service. They expect you to pay for your entire purchase in full when you pick up one piece (because you won't get your entire order, or even half at the same time). Placed an order (4-6 weeks delivery) and then get a call 4 weeks later asking about it (it was never placed). Expect to wait at least 45 minutes to pick up an order also. Sales associates push you along to the next as no one wants to help (was told "I have to go to the bathroom" after I saw her sitting for the entire 20 minutes I was in the store before).

Excellent work. I had my hallway painted. Painters were clean, friendly and got the job done quickly. Would definitely use them again and recommend them to a friend or family.
