Stay as far away from this company as you can. I had used them 2 years ago but this April to May job was full of problems. Really poor install, wrong ogee edge, One counter had to have a back edge added as it was too short. Main counter is out by over 1/2" at one end. Install was delayed for unknown reasons by a month. Install fixes for their mistakes took weeks. No compensation was offered for the wrong ogee edge. I agree with the other reviews. Stay very far away from this seeming nice people. >>>>>>>>>>>>> Contrary to Durie Tile's comments. The ogee requested was clearly provided. The walls were not square (1/4" out over 100") but he was able to cut the drywall out when he had made the parts too long on one end. He just did not want to take the time to be professional and trim the back drywall so the counter would fit as professions do. He fails to mention that we had to chase him down to get the final part for the back splash piece because it was manufactured the wrong size. He fails to mention the wrong size of the granite was the need for a back splash to correct his mistakes. He also failed to properly cover our hard wood floor which had to be repaired due to scratches caused by granite or dirt in their boots. Any reference to sign off on the work has nothing to do with the quality of the job or acceptance. He was capable of doing a proper job, he just did not want to spend the time. Although Durie and ourselves have conflicting, subjective views concerning their work,I suggest in fairness you may want to look at other web sites that provides additional reviews.

Company Response

Customer did not originally request a ogee, then added it after the fact.
Wall were so out of square, customer would not fix, was advised that the overhangs would not be consistent.
repairs were done, and customer signed off as the job being acceptable.
