We have an elevated, open air covered terrace at the rear of our home. It's use was limited to maybe 8 weeks per year due to our Canadian climate. It was sparsely furnished with only table and 6 chairs. With its views of the back-yard, this space had so much more to offer than we were using it for. We asked 3sixty Space Planning & Design for an opinion and were amazed with the concept David and Stephanie presented us with. Picture a modern lounge area with honey cedar plank floors and wall accents in combination with a stacked stone wall and a sleek outdoor fireplace feature. Picture flowing outdoor curtains framing out two key vistas of beautiful landscaping. Picture modern, low-set furniture with clean lines, chocolate brown frames and warm beige cushions. We asked for a simple opinion and were presented with a real dream concept for this space. The presentation was very professional and detailed. It included samples, renderings, a dimensioned layout and a project budget. Bravo to these two young designers! We think they have a very bright future ahead of them and look forward to working with them again.
