Pool was not closed properly. The fitted cover started falling out of the track 20 minutes after they left. They did not use any antifreeze in the skimmer. The pump was seized when they tried to open the pool, indicating that they had not used antifreeze and lubricant when it was winterized. I got only $100.00 back and had someone else open it.

I use Tranquility Pool & Spa for my annual pool opening/closing and maintenance. I have recently used Tranquility to relocate my pump and filter to the other side of the home. I purchased a new pool heater from Tranquility and had them do all the relocation & installation work. I have also used Tranquility for an emergency Hot Tub fitting leak in December. The company owner is excellent, his work is complete and well done. Overall quality is excellent. Owner gives excellent advice and has a wealth of experience behind him. He makes appointments and commitments that he meets. Very reliable service!
John Ness (Ness Landscaping) was recommended to me by my Pool service provider. He scoped the work and gave me an email quote. He revised the quote with a seasonal discount because he wasn't busy during the month of June. I agreed to hire him as my contractor. After the work began to demolish the deck he gave me a handwritten quote that was different from what I had in email. There was an $8,000 difference based on a new estimate of square footage as well as some motared copping that was missed from the previous quotes. His fence work is not a strength, but the interlock brick work is exceptional. He works fast and kept me informed of decisions.
