Unfortunately July 8th brought city sewage to my basement. The work was scheduled two weeks later and finished within 3 days including city inspection. Trane is perfect choice for furnace. Quiet enough, efficient. The Home Depot hardware is a right choice. Subcontractors are really average quality workers. Plumbing and electrical connections required re-work.
