Our fridge went on the fritz over a long weekend awhile back. We googled appliance repair, and Don's was one of the first to pop up. He was at our hous in less than 2 hours after talking with him and had the part on hand. He warned us that it would either fix the problem, or be a temporary band-aid solution. Unfortunately, it was only a band-aid solution and we did have to buy a new fridge, but appreciated him for being honest and forewarning us that we may still need a new appliance. Would definitely call him again!

We recently purchased a show home from one of the local home builders. We've been in the house just over a year and had a few pieces of siding blow away and come loose - Gentek has always been quick to come by and fix the issue, usually within a day or so. Its always nice to find a company that stands behind their work and takes care of any issues in a courteous and timely manner.

We didn't have a very good experience with End of the Roll. We were quoted around $900 to replace the linoleum in our townhouse. We asked the sales person 3 different times if that price included installation; he said it did. We were extremely upset that once our floors were installed, the installer asked for an additional $900 for his services, as the $900 we were quoted in the store only covered the materials. When we contacted the store manager to discuss it, we never received a call back. It's no wonder they're no longer in business..

The money we spent to have Home to Home Moving move our things from our townhouse to our new home was by far the BEST $1000 we've ever spent. They were right on time, used drop cloths, mats, and plastic wrap to make sure that nothing was damaged. They moved everything from our old house and into our new house in 8 hours, with a lunch break and no damage done. They were very professional and extremely nice to work with - if we do ever move again, we would hire them in a heartbeat.

The ladies in the store have always been very nice and very helpful anytime I've had any questions about the fabrics that I would be using, or threads/needles etc. It seems like fabric land really does try to hire people who have a genuine interest and knowledge in this type of thing.
