From the initial visit through the installation, the entire process has been great. The quality of our new sliding patio door is the best available and the service has been the perfect complement to the product. Sales rep is extremely knowledgeable, attentive to detail and committed to customer satisfaction. Likewise, installation crew, who installed the door, took pride in the product and in their own skill - insuring there wasn't a single smudge or fingerprint on the door. We would have been proud to have dinner party guests looking at and through the door immediately after the installers left.
