Last winter after just having a baby I decided to hire this company to help with cleaning up after our dog. Their pricing is very affordable, they are quick and detailed. Erin seems to always be online as I have written her emails at 11pm and gotten responses mins later. They are very efficient, and email as the season change to see if you want to continue the service / start it up again. Being a busy mom of 4, they take the stress off of this to do item.

Our dishwasher would not drain, I run my dishwasher 1 to 2 times a day. I called a few places but they were booking into the next day or the day after. When I called them they were very friendly and were able to fit me in that night. I asked how much the service call would be and was told $90.00, they came in the time I was told, took the Dishwasher out and started vacuuming, he found the item that was causing the problem. He did lose a screw, but had more to secure it in place. Overall the service was good, I wish it would have been explained that the service call was just to come to our location and then there would be additional charges for touching the dishwasher. $60.00 or so seemed a little high to just vacuum it, although he was very through to make sure all clogs were found.

We built our house through them. From start of build to move in we were very happy, they customized the house to our specs and worked with us and the changes we made. The house was fairly well built. Our only complaint was the 6 month and 1 year walk through, we still have some pending items 3 years later. Any time I have called I need to reopen the file as it gets closed off. Although the remaining item is cosmetic and minor in nature, it would be nice to have it completed.

They came on time and did a decent job. This was a dealfind deal so I was expecting the job to be quick and not that great, but was surprised that 3 cleaners showed up and worked through the house even going over their time to finish what they had started

One day our door decided that it would not lock and it happened on a weekend. We contacted them for service, he came over that night and fixed it on the spot. Very quick and knowledgable. Thanks for the great service

We have had ADT for a few years now and have never had an issue with them. They were quick and easy on the installed. They offer many technologies which are forward thinking, making it the reason we choose them. We anted to ensure that as our home needs change (central home control) we had the infastructure to support it. The billing is done, every month with no issues and they are easy to get a hold of when you need them.

The arrived on time, interacted / worked around my children and made it a very easy experience. He was very throughly and quick and efficient. The add on sertvices were reasonably priced and they descibed the benefits of each service offered.
