Shane was recommended by my father-in-law in which he had completed some roof repairs a couple years ago. Fantastic communication and prompt service. Good communication from the initial consultation right to the follow up visit. Tony was the first person from many companies that actually listened to our design ideas and offered some helpful ideas. The crew was very professional and efficient. At the end of each day, everything was cleaned up before they left. The entire project was completed in 4 days. Unlike other companies I have seen where they excavate, but never to return until weeks later to continue the next step and disappear again. I have worked with many contractors in the past and experienced some of the horror stories people talk about, but I have no hesitation in referring Duralock for any landscaping needs. A professional home inspection is good idea with any home purchase, even if it's a new construction. I had Alan come inspect my house as we are getting close to the 1 year mark for the Tarion Warranty. With the change in seasons, snow, ice and rain, we started to have a leak with the roof. When I asked the builder to inspect, they suggested that it was "ice damming" and they are not responsible for it and the damages caused by it. My living room wall and hardwood floor was damaged from the water coming into the house. The water would leak right down into the basement. Alan was quite thorough in inspecting the house and even climbed onto a very awkward part of the roof. Good thing as he discovered a portion of the exterior wall wasn't even finished, hence the water leak. Hopefully this is a good example that even with a new construction and all the modern building codes, a professional home inspection such as AllMax should be part of every home purchase. Repeat customer, second time using Elie for my plumbing needs. This time some work in my laundry room, installing a new laundry tub and modifying the plumbing for my washing machine. Good communication and prompt as usual. Makes sure everything is done right. Everybody should have a good plumber to rely on. Just like having a family doctor/dentist or mechanic.

I had new countertops fabricated and installed in my kitchen,servery and 3 bathrooms. Royle and his team has done a fantastic job. Very good and prompt communication right from the start of the project. Answered all my many questions and concerns. The countertops were cut precisely leaving virtually no gaps. Used as little seams as possible, the grains/patterns matched perfectly where 2 pieces of granite met. It is very difficult to even see the seam. Even the direction of veining matched on all 5 pieces of granite in the kitchen despite being in different locations. Definitely can tell that a lot of thought, planning and care was put into cutting the granite. I feel very fortunate to have found such an excellent granite and marble fabricator. Thanks again.

I moved into a new home (new construction) and had Elie replace all my sinks and faucets (7 in total), installed my food disposer, dishwasher and refridgerator water line. I didn't like the "builder grade" fixtures. Excellent communication from day one. He always returns your calls or messages promptly. Shows up on time and works quickly to complete the job. Definitely believes in doing the job right to ensure the homeowner is happy and will hopefully refer other clients in the future. This is a true rarity in today's businesses. I feel very lucky to have found a plumber like Elie. Thank you.
