Mr.Afshin is experienced inspector , he has a strong combination of both electrical and construction expertise. I hired him to inspecting my home and I found he was excellent inspector indeed he has eye of detail and overcome all the house conditions.also he was on time and spent 3 hours completely. Finally i received nice and professional inspection report from him which is included all home conditions,photos and suggestions that it will be very helpful when i am going to do maintenance for my home.
