I have to say what a fantastic guy. I was having a problem with my thermostat. I did not understand why my air conditioning just kept running all the time and never seemed to shut off. I. Thought the coolant was low in my old Coleman unit. I had trouble getting someone in to check it out due to how busy all the repair companies were. I saw a small add in a restaurant for this company JCJ Mechanical and I called. The guy says look we are busy but I'm not to far away. He could be there in 15min. The guy - John Melich shows up. He says look at your ac unit. Its covered in lint. Turns out my dryer vent was right near my ac unit. He tells me to get a hose and he sprayed it down. It needed cleaning. He was speaking a little technical stuff about the compressor and fan and said he would clean the coil.At the end of the service call he said if the cleaning doesn't work give me a call. Never charged me a dime over the service call price. It worked. The old thing is working good. He's got my business all the time. I mentioned that I have a very old furnace that I was thinking of replacing. He gave me a great price to change over my old Olsen furnace to a more efficient furnace in the fall if I want
