Recently, I had a small sewer back up through the basement drains. I called Santos and they came very quickly. The worker snaked out the clogged pipes in the front lawn. He then used his camera to determine the cause of the problem to be tree roots. He suggested that I call the city to assess the situation further. I would definitely use this company again. In the past I used a big name company that took much longer to come to the house and did not even have a camera with them. Santos charged half the price of the big name company and he had a camera with him to do a thorough inspection of the pipes.

I highly recommend VCS Aluminum. Water was coming down in buckets from one side of my house due to a problem with my eavestroughs. I called VCS and the owner came the next day to do an assessment and the the following day he returned to fix the problem. Since a rainstorm was in the forecast, he made a concerned effort to fix it before the rain came. He repaired only what was broken and did not push for a major more costly renovation. It was a small job which he did quickly and effeciently. The next day, after the rain, I checked and there were no more puddles to be found.
