We were so impressed with the work that Tom and his crew did. We already had the laminate flooring, and they installed everything. They moved the furniture, including the wood stove, to be able to install the flooring, and then moved everything back exactly where it was. They installed quarter-round to finish it, and it was a very professional job finished very quickly. It has now been a few years since it was installed, and we are every bit as pleased with it as we were then.

Tony Auld built a new shed for us, 10x12, for storage at our cottage. He took care of all the materials and had it easily built within a few days. He built it to our specifications, including important details like slanted roof to help with snow load, and an extended roof as a covered area for storing firewood. Tony also built our quite extensive deck and staircase from scratch (we are on a hill a fair distance from the water), and has helped us with issues such as our cottage foundation.

Dave Wilding gave us the lowest quote of 3 in the area. He worked very quickly and cleaned up very well (important since we have kids running around in bare feet). When he found an unexpected part of our roof that needed a small repair, he took care of it without charging extra. Professional job very well done.

We have worked with Blitz Electric many times over the years since we bought our cottage. We have had many reasons to use their services (unfortunately! that is the reality of having a cottage!) from our water heater to heated water line to wiring new lights. We are always very happy with their work and appreciative of how they try to help us even when our situation (such as our heated water line) is basically a lost cause. Be aware, they are very busy - book them early if you can.
