Assisted Review

An assisted review is collected by a contractor on behalf of the homeowner after their work is completed. The homeowner must confirm the text of the review and may make any changes she or he deems appropriate. The homeowner then assigns the contractor a review score out of 10. Assisted reviews receive the same scrutiny as other reviews and must follow our review guidelines.

NewRidge Refinishing was great to deal with. They showed up on time and took great care in their work. Neat and tidy and attention to detail was great. Didn't take any short cuts and stayed until the job was done. We are very please with how our staircase and handrails turned out. Definitely recommend NewRidge.

Jeffrey and Gil are amazing to deal with. They are honest and don't try and sell you something you don't need. We replaced a 30 year old steele door with a fiberglass one. They delivered on what they said and the craftmanship was fantastic. Would use them again in a heartbeat....actually we did, they did our patio sliding door too.
