From day one, Mark responded within 5 minutes . Mark was always gracious with his time and ensured I was always happy along the way. Mike the installer came by to my home at least three times since I was not sure which carpet to choose for my stairs. Very patient and polite always ! Mark’s empathy for his customers does not go unnoticed . He referred me to a supply store and they said “ Mark really cares about all of his customers” I found that to be true since he wanted me to be 100 per cent happy with the carpet I chose . There’s was a tiny blip in the first carpet and Mark told me he couldn’t sleep that night as he was so worried . You don’t find that very often. . He promised the runner would be in before Christmas and he did just that . Mike installed my runner on Christmas Eve ! So impressed with my experience . I will definitely refer Victorious Carpet to ALL my family and friends. You will be happy you did.
