Couldn't have been happier with Jim's work and work ethic. He was always prompt, gave me a very reasonable estimate, then did the job impeccably and quickly. Would call on him anytime.

Here's what i wrote three years ago: "I've used this service for about 15 years and have never been anything but entirely satisified. Robertaire checks our heating/cooling system twice each year and has always been efficent, reliable and remarkably inexpensive. One Xmas day the furnace motor died and he appeared within hours with a used motor that saw us through the holidays. What he recommends I always accept and have never been sorry." We've continued with Robertaire ever since I wrote that and every word remains true. It's enormously reassuring to know our furnace and AC are in absolutely reliable and economical hands.

Don't know which Mr. Electric this young man was from--905-773-0857. But he couldn't have been nicer and more efficient, and in about half an hour fixed a lighting problem we've had for two years. I'd call on him anytime.

Two pleasant guys came, worked intensely for more than two hours, and in effect replaced our yucky old bbq with a brand new one. We were astounded by the quality of the work and couldn't be happier.

Something in the attic kept us up all night. Called Troy next day, he was here the day after. Explained the problem carefully, showed me what he'd do, and did it. All friendly, helpful, professional. Problem disappeared. What can be better? This was our 3rd use of the GTA team in the past five years, and while I hope we won't need them again, it's reassuring to know they're out there if we do.

They are very knowledgeable, they take your problem seriously, they charge what seem to me reasonable fees, and they get the job done. They've done 2 or 3 for me and have solved our pest problems--squirrels, ants--just as they promised. When they couldn't fix it, they told me so. GC
