Our Raypack pool heater needed repair this past spring and when I called Jason he was able to come the next day. Not only did he repair the heater, but he was so very helpful with advice for the pool operations as well as our gas fireplace. We were so impressed we are going to have him do our furnace maintenance and clean up the fireplace. We highly recommend Jason and Complete Comfort Heating and Cooling.
Smart Roofing replaced our front eaves troughs, covers and facia in record time! They are awesome!! We also had some flashing and drainage issues on our flat roof, which was caused by this winters ice and freezing. They added a new scupper drain and downspout as well as replaced the existing one and I was dancing in the rain when I saw the volume of water flowing on the new drain. We had a new fence put in our back yard. Scott was a saint with his patience of our neighbours that were sharing the cost. We would like him to come back and do the rest of the fence and even everything up.
The staff were so helpful with their suggestions for coordinating the furniture, gazebo, and carpet etc for our new outdoor livingroom. It fits perfectly and our friends and family find it quite warm and comfortable. I couldn't have done it better myself!
I came down to my brother's place to visit and they were going to buy some pool supplies so I tagged along. When I saw the prices, I was pleasantly surprised, so I bought a solar blanket and the reel to hold it. I wouln't have found a better price in Gilford.
I wanted to expand my pond to include a waterfall, but wasn't sure how to start. Joe the fish guy was very knowledgable in getting me started and had some great ideas. Ernie from Burlington Terra was amazing last year with his tips on how to keep the pond biologically sound. Thanks Gentlemen.
Purchased a bedroom suite that was supposed to take 6 to 8 weeks for delivery with 50% deposit, and balance upon delivery. Delivery was 15 weeks later, which we had to accept because they wouldn't give the deposit back. Furniture was coming from Quebec. They were not willing to offer OR negotiate any sort of compensation, nor were they apologetic. Quite the contrary - they were quite arrogant when we complained. To add insult to injury, the furniture arrived and was damaged. The delivery men were the most polite and positive part of the purchase.
I am not sure who this customer is but I would be happy to talk with her and figure out what we can do. We pride ourselves on dealing with all issues professionally. Please call me at the store as I would like to make things right. Thank you.
