10/10

We contacted this company since they were recommended by a friend. I am extremely glad we took the time to receive a 3rd quotation, because Ed from Evam was our 3rd quote. Evam's prices were very reasonable and the end results were excellent. Ed and his team worked efficiently and were very informative. I felt extremely comfortable with Evam Canada and I would recommend them to anyone.

We chose 310 RENO and the end result speaks for itself. "Your kitchen, and your basement look like they are straight out of a magazine" is what my mother-in-law says, and she is not an easy lady to please. Dave, Mike and the entire team made the entire experience a positive one. Even though we made a few bad decisions along the way with another contractor, in the end, we can almost forget about the negative experience we had with the other company. The beginning of the spring of 2012 my wife and I decided to have our basement, 3 bathrooms and our kitchen renovated. We decided to start with a professional design for each space before moving forward with a contractor. After hearing the radio ad for 310-RENO we decided to meet with them to discus drafting up some design layouts for each space, and decided to hire their design team to do our drawings. After completing the plan and looking at our budget, we decided to use 310 RENO for our basement and 2 bathrooms but we decided to move forward with another company for our kitchen cabinetry and 1 bathroom.  Prior to starting the work Mike met with us and went over the scheduled steps it would take to move forward with second floor bathrooms first, then the completion of the basement once the kitchen renovation rough-ins were completed. The comparison between 310 RENO and the kitchen company we decided to move forward with were night and day. The kitchen contractors plumbers and electricians were questionably licensed trades and this was evident by the work they attempted to leave us with. To make a long story short, we fired the other contractor and requested that Mike and his team take over the kitchen portion. A considerable amount of time was wasted because of the other company and we are now fighting to get our deposits back. In addition to being a very pleasant and being very upfront about our budget from the start, Mike was also very patient with us throughout the consruction of our kitchen and bathrooms, as we made quite a few changes along the way. The 310 RENO crew always worked very hard, were on time and efficient. Throughout the project, Dave, our on-site project manager communicated with us continually to keep us up to date on the progress, changes in scheduling and was always available to address any issues or cocerns we had. The project was completed a couple weeks after our initial estimated time line, however; I understood that this would happen due to the many changes that we decided on throughout the project. Dave and Mike had to fix so many problems that the initial kitchen contractor left in horrible condition. For instance, the plumbing rough in for both kitchen sinks were in the wrong place, a couple potlights were installed where our custom pantry needed to be installed and the gas line for our stove top had to be re-installed to meet safety regulations. 310 RENO also went the extra mile and installed additional insulation in our kitchen walls for no extra cost. We are just so grateful we chose the 310 RENO team and we couldn't of had a better experience choosing a contractor.
