Hi my name is mike and i found John Luc Rizzo in the toronto police tour of duty magazine. I have had the pleasure of meeting John and his wife Sandra on my first appointment. From day one to now i've found the two of them to be honest, courteous, friendly, and most of all very fair. There work exceeded my expectations and the project was completed on schedule. My renovations included:guting the basement from a one bedroom and den apartment into 2 self contained brand new apartments. Electrical was totally updated from knob and tube wiring in the whole house. Some windows and doors were changed as well.
