Aurora windows and doors replaced my front windows, front double doors with transom and storm doors this October 2022. I was extremely happy with the whole process from purchasing, to measuring and installation. The installation crew were friendly, professional, and made sure that every aspect of the install was done correctly. They cleaned up after themselves and left the site neat and tidy. I am extremely happy that I chose Aurora for my window and door needs and I will certainly choose them for any future installations. The cost was comparable to other companies.

I have purchased 2 hot tubs with this company. The first tub was sold with my previous house and purchased another as I was always happy with the service. My current tub is a sundance brand and is about 15 years old and I have had to do minor service to it over the years and have always been happy with the service provided. Even to the point where they have advised me to do things that have even saved me money in the long run.. if I ever buy another tub I will be going back to them.

This place seems to be major disorganized. I ordered an icemaker and was promised it in a week and after a week was told it was on back order. I got a different person on the phone from when I ordered it and wanted to confirm it had been ordered so she says just a minute and I hear shuffling of papers like someone flipping through a book... she can't find the order and says was it a man that took the order and I said yes... then more flipping of pages.. then got put on hold for 10 minutes and finally comes back saying yes the order was in but it has to come from the U.S. I have since phoned several times and the last time was put on hold and I finally hung up after 15 minutes.. My next call will cancel the order..I am amazed that a business exists in this day and age and does not have orders on a computer that are easy to find. I would not recommend this place to anyone
