This is the second significant reno we've done with Octavio and Janey's help over the past several months and both times they have exceeded expectations. As others have mentioned, Octavio is always on time, on budget and works very hard. The craftsmanship is excellent and he has a great eye for detail. On our last reno, he had to come in on the weekend to finish up as we had a hitch with other contractors...no complaints, no issue...he just showed up and did a great job. Thanks Janey and Octavio! On Sunday morning my wife and I were the proud owners of a nice, new couch. The only issue was how to get it from the Distillery District to our house in the Beaches. The store we bought it from could help out and call a delivery service but the terms were not great. A quick Google search turned up Cargo Cabbie and about ninety minutes later the couch was in our living room. Fast, friendly and inexpensive...it's nice to have service expectations exceeded once in a while. Many thanks Javier...we'll be calling again. Mike
