The fascia in the lower roof by my front entrance had water damage and discoloration. I emailed the company with pictures. The next day, I promptly received a call. The following day, Nick came by to inspect the issue and made repair recommendation with actual photos he took after getting on the roof with his ladder. He was on time and very professional. I then received a detailed estimate of the cost in my email. On the day of the work, 2 crew came by and did the job. The crew, (Chris and Garret(?)) were on time, friendly and professional. I appreciate all the follow up calls, text and emails leading up to the work day. I did text and call Nick a few times with questions and he was always available and prompt with replies. Initially, a date was set for the work, however, the snowy Calgary weather did not make it safe to be on the roof so the the wok day had to re-scheduled but Nick stayed on top of that. The work was done well and I would highly recommend this company for any roofing work or gutter cleaning.

My garage door trolley arm needed a repair. I contacted Reg from the business website. Promptly, I received a call from Reg on the same day. He was polite on the phone and provided a cost estimate (based on the pictures I sent) and possible booking availability for Monday. Monday morning, I received a call from Reg 30 min prior to arriving. When he arrived, he got to work right away. He was very professional and explained the work to be done while doing the general inspection of the garage door operation. Everything went smoothly and I highly recommend Reg.

Using the contact email, I emailed a picture of the kitchen hood and the wall duct. Tammy called me that evening to arrange a visit for the next day for Geoff to have a look. Geoff phoned me 30 min before arrival. He was courteous and explained clearly what work to be done and an estimate of the cost. Same evening, I received a call from Tammy to make an appointment for the installation. On the day of the installation, Geoff and his team arrived on time and did an amazing job adding the vent tube. I booked an appointment online. Louis, the repair person, phoned me the day of the appointment to let me know that he can come by early. He was professional and fixed the ice maker on the spot as he had the replacement part in his van. He diagnosed the oven panel issue and gave me the estimate for the part and labor. He also suggested that I contact Kitchenaid to see if the part could be covered under warranty. And it was. Fortunately, I was able to fix the oven myself. Great company to deal with. I even spoke to Terry (owner) and he was very nice over the phone. I highly recommend this company.

Maria and the team (Trevor, Big Mike and Pedro) were fantastic with my move. My move was from Mississauga to Calgary and it took place in mid Dec 2012. When I was looking to hire movers, I narrowed my choices down to Bronte movers and Great Canadian Van Lines (Tender Touch as an agent). I was in a rush to arrange the move date and I decided to go with Bronte as they were the first to contact me. Lo and behold, somehow, Tender Touch became the one doing my move. Both companies are agents of Great Canadian Van Lines, and I think that Tender Touch already had a truck going Westward so there was room for my shipment. Well, the entire experience was incredible end to end. I want to make it clear that this is all because of courtesy and professionalism by Maria and the team. (I had very little contact from Bronte). Before the move, Maria phoned me to explain the process and just to ensure everything before the move was ok. On the date of the move, the crew arrived at 9 am sharp and they worked hard to get the move complete. My stuff arrived in Calgary the following week and the driver was great too. In terms of the price, it was a bit less than the estimate and I was very happy overall. I would definitely use tender Touch again and would recommend them.
