We decided to have a large storage shed built at the end of our backyard. We contacted several architects. Igor gave us an excellent quote and even more importantly, he offered to design the plans in a timely manner, unlike other architects that we had contacted. He came out to measure the same week. During the process, Igor was very specific about what we could and couldn't do (with regards to building codes and city bylaws). At the same time, he showed flexibility with regards to our changing wishes, even redesigning a major feature without any extra cost. We found the final plans both creative and detailed. Igor stayed with us even after we had paid (at the quoted price), and even went so far as to check with city to make sure that they had all the necessary information. He knew that the plans had been approved before we did, and informed us promptly. Igor made the process easy and stress-free. I highly recommend him.
