We have used several roof repair companies in the past. We tried out Mr Roof Repair on a leaky roof at one of our rentals. They were extremely professional, the staff met us on site, took pictures, explained and proved the issues, repaired the issues, then provided us with a complete assessement report of the roof a few days later. They are professional and priced fairly. We have not only added Mr Roof Repair to our contractor list for all our rentals, we have already referred them to family and friends.

We hired Matt from Construction Works for several projects, including a commercial roof on a large multiplex property, complete roof replacement on several rental properties, new window installations, new eavestrough and several roof repairs. Our experience has been excellent over the course of 2.5 years. They are quick to produce great results, priced fairly and have continually ensured that we are happy with the end product. We will continue to entrust our roofing and related contracting services to Matt and Construction Works. Keep up the great work!.

I contacted Target Demolition to remove a deck. Hark replied to the email extremely fast, reviewed the job and provided me with a competitive quotation on site. The job was completed in a professional manner, removing the deck, all nails and debris as agreed as well as cleaning up the job site to the original state. We were completely pleased with the professionalism of Hark and his staff. I will definitely hire Target Demolition again.

From day 1 of meeting Steve, through the quote process and the final installation, the professionalism and ease of project management was outstanding. All of our exterior doors were changed, the price was competitive, the product is great and the installers did exactly what we would expect from a contractor entering our home. (Covered furniture, cleaned up throughout the job and were extremely courteous the entire time) Several of our rental properties need new doors and windows and we plan to only use Fortress moving forward. We hired The Reno Men to re-shingle a garage roof prior to 2013 winter. The project was completed as originally discussed. The installers were respectful of my property. However, I wouldn't refer friends or family because of unreliability.

One of the worst companies I've ever dealt with in my life. I purchased a home, at closing found out the hot water tank was leased from Reliance. Seeing that we waited 5 months for closing and sold my other property, I had no choice but to sign off on accepting their terms. After 6 months, we sold our house and wanted to transfer it to the new owner. They made the transfer difficult. We sold the property and after closing Reliance continued to take money from our account each month because the new owner didn't want to do auto payments from their bank account. I no longer owned the properties nor was using the hot water tank, yet Reliance said I had to pay the fee on the tank (for the unrelated home owners) until they signed the form. We paid for 4 months at which point we got our lawyer involved to force the new home owners to sign Reliance demands. It's a complete joke, this company does not have good intentions. Sign or else. That's their moto. If you sell or buy a house with a Reliance product, it's better to get it sorted out before closing, because not matter what the case is, Reliance will take money from your account no matter what. 1 year later, we were purchasing another home, saw that the owner were tricked into signing a 10 year Reliance hot water tank contract and we walked on the deal because we knew it would be such a headache dealing with this company to resolve any issue.

I have worked with Dimetri several times over the past few years. He has completed everything from a complete replacement of all water lines, fixtures, bathrooms etc for a 2500sq ft home in addition to sewer line replacements at 2 of my properties. He is always on time, on budget and extremely easy to work with. I will continue to refer him to my friends and family.

I have used Italo several times over the past few years, including referring him to family. I recently hired Italo to complete the replacement of gutters on two of my properties. As always, he provides an excellent service. From the quotation process to the final product, the service is flawless and customer satisfaction is huge on his list. I will continue to hire Italo for all my eavestrough, fascia, roofing and siding needs.

I own several rental properties throughout the city and generally have trouble finding reliable trades to complete work as they describe, on time and on budget.
