We sold our home and needed to empty our floor safe, could not open it as we had a flood from a storm and water must have rusted out our dial. Called Pre-Lock and they sent a safe expert who opened the safe in about 4 hours . He knew exactly what to do. Could not believe how much water was in the safe. Lucky all my gold is still okay other than a few damaged watches. Pre-Lock saved the day and got us in to our safe. We also are going to buy a new safe that is waterproof for our new house
