Linda, the onus is on you. You called and asked me "what time did we say we would be there?" You mean you don't know? The scheduled time was 10.00 am. You asked if you could change the time to Noon. No. The elevator was booked for 1:00 pm. The brothers showed up at 12:30 pm. The truck was far too small to meet the needs of my contents.I have the dinged furniture to prove it. Your company rates a zero from me.

I am very surprised an disappointed with this review. I was told you were very happy with our services. It would seem to me you could have called to discuss things with me first. I have on my desk a signed invoice by yourself clearly stating the items to be moved by our company. They include 1 loveseat and 2 chairs, 1 kitchen table and chair, 1 dining table and chairs and 1 tv with stand. The truck was plenty big enough for these items and many more.
We can not use an elevator which is already being used by someone else hence the start time had to be changed. However the elevator was secured and made available to us for as long as we needed to complete your move.
After reading your remarks I placed a call to you but you would not accept it.
