Slavik and his team is the “Go To” person for any roof repair works. Slavik came to inspect the issue we had on the flat roof, near the entrance door, gave me the quote but it was way above my expectation. So, he asked me to get few other quotes which I did. All 3 quotes were kind of same in line. So, I called him up to do the job. While fixing the original problem, he did fix other issues as well like missing shingles etc. I must say from the first call to finishing the job, he was extremely professional to deal with. Even during the work or post the work, my driveway was neat and clean, no nails or no garbage left behind. I am extremely happy with his service and work and would recommend this company highly.

I called Sam to repair my Samsung Dryer which had a faulty heating coil. He gave me the appointment two days later and showed up well on time. While fixing the issue, he not take care of heating coil BUT disassembled the entire unit (Drum, Belt etc.), clean the entire unit inside before installing the new heating coil. We were very happy with his service. I am 100% of recommencing Sam to anyone who is looking for someone to fix the appliances. Thanks Sam .....

We were looking for sectional sofa set for our new home. After so many disappointing trips to some of the well-known furniture shops, we went to Choice leather. Thanks to one of my office friend for the suggestion. The timing was perfect. They were moving to new places so they had inventory sale going on. Though, we were unlucky to find something from the floor. Finally, we made up our mind for custom built. Tom and Adrian went through pro and cons of the design, selection of leather and other key points to consider. Honestly, I haven’t seen so much honest sales team like them. The guy is not after money but for service. The price they offered us was great. The delivery was also on the schedule (5 weeks lead time). The set up was perfect. I think, going forward anything to do with leather furniture, my job is easy … only the Choice leather. BTW, thank you Tom for adding free ottoman and fancy leather chair in the order. My son is really enjoying both your gifts.

Well, few friends recommend me SC for my new furniture hunt. Though, when I read some unhappy reviews, I was very skeptical to buy anything from StoneyCreek Furniture. BUT, few weeks back we were driving to Niagara Falls and we took an opportunity to visit the store as it was on our way, nothing to lose but few hours. When we drop by their huge showroom, we were pleasantly surprised. Despite huge staff presence, no one is chasing you to buy something. Later, I came to know that sales team here do not work on commission. So no pressure. One of the sales lady, Debbie came by to ask if we need any help. And then we started talking about what we need. She showed us different options and designs as per our need. After 3 hours, we ended up buying almost all the furniture we need (2 BR set, Dining room set etc). I was still skeptical about the delivery as people had issues regards to their delivery. When I ask Debbie, she told me she can deliver all items in 2 days. We booked next weekend for the delivery. On the delivery day, everything was on time and in good order. The crew were fantastic, set up everything perfectly. Though, my Dining Room Set had some minor issues. So I email Debbie and sent her pictures. She replied me back and promised me that she will send someone to look at it. They will fix the issue or will replace it with a new one. Overall, I had a great experience with my purchase. Debbie was excellent and very honest. One Tip – Do not order any special order stuff. She told me that it can take minimum 8 to 12 weeks. And most of the time delay happens out of their control. I think that where some people had bad experiences with their purchases at Stoney Creek. Well, I am going back again for some other furniture and would suggest same to others. Again, Thanks Debbie for great service ……

Based on all 10s here, I hired them for the installation of AC Unit at my new home. To begin with, their prices were higher than what I had from their competitors. But, I managed to bring their price down to the lowest bid I had. So that was a good start. The installation, the guy did very good job, clean the space after finishing the job as well as explained me about the machine. The electrical inspection was also done on time …. The only issue I had during the process, was not getting copy of my invoice. But, when I first posted the review on this blog, they really took matter very seriously. My sales person called me 5 times in 2 days. Finally, I got the invoice. It was some missunderstanding at the back office. BUT, I must say, they take any negative comment seriously and try their best to make every customer happy. Though, that little thing keeping me away for giving them perfect 10. May be next time .....

After 5 months of delay from the manufacturer, finally we got our built in fridge. And, we couldn’t wait any longer to see the fridge running. We called Marc for the installation. I know the complication in installing this product, but with Marc I had a full confidence. He came on time and installed the built in fridge like he was installing some ordinary fridge. The guy knows his work. BTW, Thank you Marc for installing the regulator on my Gas Cooktop for free.

Mark is the Appliance Guy Back in September (read my review) I called Mark for the first time for my OTR Microwave installation. That time also I was impressed with his service. He had to come twice due to faulty unit. But he didn’t charge me anything. This time around, I had a bigger job lined up for him. In my new house, I had all built in appliances and all high end stuff. Even though, I had full confident in him, I was little nervous. BUT, Take my work, Mark knows his stuff. I had Sirius Hood Fan and Built in Microwave/Own Combo along with cooktop with grill burner. All were done in a flash!!! Again, my kitchen guy made a mistake cutting the hole in cabinet. Mark was happy to come by again for free. Thanks Mark for providing us the great service. Now, anytime I have to deal with appliances I know whom to trust …….

Normally, I am not a fan of calling someone based on the reviews. But with Baydoun, I had incentive of good reviews and good price. Also, another intention I had in my mind for this service call is to try out someone for appliance installation for my new home. So I thought let’s try someone with my OTR Microwave installation. Lucky me, I contacted Marc from Baydoun. With all surprises, it was a good installation and excellent service. Good installation because Loews messed it up. They gave me faulty OTR Microwave. Marc and his guy installed the machine and finally when they checked, the fan was not working properly. Marc asked me to change the machine for my good which I agreed to. After getting proper machine, I called Marc again for the installation. In my mind, I was blaming Loews for extra $100 hit for the installation. But Marc came all the way from Scarborough to Brampton at 7PM and installed the machine 2nd time without any extra fees. I was really surprised to see that in today’s world, especially when gas price is $1.35/lt. That’s why it is rated as good installation and excellent CS!!! With that, my hunt for the future appliances installation comes to an end. Thanks Marc for the wonderful customer service
