Mark was great, his knowledge and advice reduced our hydro bill by half. We we also able to claim money back from the governments eco energy campaign which mark told us about. He recommended we install a larger air filter which to our delight not only cleans the air we breathe much more than the standard filters but also leaves less dust in a the air and our house is noticeably less dusty...thanks Mark.
