I gave work to Sam on 2 occassions recently and found him to be very honest, courteous, polite and punctual. After each job, he cleaned up the area. He only did the job that was necessary. I gave him the second job to do for me because of his excellent service and work the first time and very reasonable cost. I will highly recommend Sam to my family and friends and will continue giving him work in the future.
