An assisted review is collected by a contractor on behalf of the homeowner after their work is completed. The homeowner must confirm the text of the review and may make any changes she or he deems appropriate. The homeowner then assigns the contractor a review score out of 10. Assisted reviews receive the same scrutiny as other reviews and must follow our review guidelines.
I would like to thank Kelly McLay and the staff of Kitchen Designers Plus for the beautiful kitchen we are now enjoying. We were new to ‘renovating’ and needed a lot of questions answered. Kelly met with us and gave us a lot of information. She was always cheerful and happy to answer questions. She worked to keep our choices within budget and led us through the whole reno process. She offered advice when it was asked of her, in person, by phone and by email. The whole renovation was completed on time and the few small issues that arose were dealt with quickly and efficiently. We would recommend Kelly and Kitchen Designers Plus to anyone considering a kitchen renovation.
