Similar experience to below. CAncelled service as we were having construction. Company sprayed lawn anyway when we were away and billed us. Also spoke to Barb: said they didn't want "willy nilly people like us as customers". Charged $50 cancellation fee. I have never been spoken to like that by a customer service rep in my life. This is a terrible company. Never use them.
