I own a business on Kingston Road and have called a few companies for a quote on commercial duct cleaning last week. Joe called back promptly, was extremely professional and personable and their quote was actually less than the other two. Josh was the technician that showed up to do the work, he was also very professional as well as friendly. Took the time to explain a few of the problems he found, explained how he was going to deal with them, etc. The vents are working in a more balanced way now, I'm getting more air up here and that's the best part! We were looking for company to print on and install the awning for a new retail location we opened in March of 2009.
