I called Chad because my mother noticed a leak under her sink. He responded immediately and sent someone over to check out and fix the leak that afternoon. The young man who showed up was quick, kind, professional and friendly. He checked things out quickly and made sure it was all fixed. My dad used to fix all these things and it is a huge relief to know that you can call and get honest, quick and caring response. Thank you! I am not sure the cost but more importantly for me is that my mom is taken care of and will not have any issues.
