We were doing a full renovation of a basement rental apartment and had a general contractor (GC). The quote we received for painting the apartment was almost half of what the GC quoted us. NIK Painting took great care with plenty of prep work to protect our floors and fixtures with paper drop sheets, tape, etc. Everything was done to the highest level of satisfaction and timeliness. We feel like we got a lot more for a lot less than we would have through our GC.

Great company, excellent and prompt communications. They truly earned the other great reviews I see here. Waterproofing PD fixed a faulty egress window installation that was done by another company, who did not do drainage correctly and when it rained our basement flooded. We had to remove all the flooring and do mold protection. I received lots of photos and information from Waterproofing PD from the job site and I was able to learn more about foundation waterproofing as a result.

They were very efficient, focused, and super polite. They even helped my plumber who has made a mistake and was in a bind, by doing additional electric work within a very short timeframe. We were blown away by their work ethic and efficiency. I will definitely call them for future electrical work.

It was a pleasure dealing with Curtis from Pine Cove Plumbing. He did great work and was professional and friendly. With any project, as I’m learning, there are always unforeseen issues that come up and Curtis dealt with the problems head on, was very proactive and had my best interest in mind - he helped me greatly in the process. He had a great attitude and great listening skills and I will definitely work with him again.
