The home inspector was very thorough and provided a detailed report. He was straight forward in pointing out deficiencies and explained whether or not they were of concern. As a result, we felt well informed to make a decision. I should add that this inspector was open and available to answer any questions during the inspection and after we received his report. This is the second time we have used this inspection service. I highly recommend them.
