DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY. This is the worst company ever, I didn't order their services but they were called by the building management. They made it appear like an emergency call because I reported the problem on a Sat morning. The worker barged in at 9am on Sat, waking me up, he was rude and unprofessional, he didn't even had a container to drain the dirty water and asked me for a bucket. He didn't tell me the price in advance, but he started off saying that all pipes under the sink are old and dirty and need to be replaced. I didn't call for pipe replacement, pipes were not leaking, the sink was clogged. Obviously, it was not only the problem in my unit, since the concierge told me that many residents complained of clogged sinks recently, the plumber person drilled very deep into the pipes because it was most probably the problem with the central pipe. In any case, there was no need to be rude and start off saying that everything is so dirty and old. He overcharged me, stating on the invoice that he spent 2 hours, while I was checking the time, he started at 9am and finished by 10am. DO NOT hire this company ever.
