I was disappointed in this inspection. (1) failed to turn on any appliances .When I later questioned the inspector, he said "the owner has to ensure appliances are working when you take possession " - which I replied - 'well that's a little late to negotiate for anything. (2) failed to notice insect infestation in kitchen drawers (3) had to ask 3 separate times for more pictures that were taken and information that the insurance company required. When a company states that they have 'been in the construction business....", it might be advantageous for that to be clarified. as far as I am concerned, this does not necessarily qualify them to inspect (i.e. - they could have been pounding in nails as far as I know). this company was recommended by my realtor who I would never use again. - neither her nor the 'inspection' company A great big waste of my hard earned money!
