An assisted review is collected by a contractor on behalf of the homeowner after their work is completed. The homeowner must confirm the text of the review and may make any changes she or he deems appropriate. The homeowner then assigns the contractor a review score out of 10. Assisted reviews receive the same scrutiny as other reviews and must follow our review guidelines.
Jeff Hollingsworth and “Student Works” have just completed painting the outside of our home. Our home is aluminum siding and needed painting as original paint had faded terribly. Our home was washed down, and painted with a primer paint and then 2 coats of a darker grey paint. The white trim was also given 2 coats of fresh paint. The students worked long and hard in 30 degree weather and did an awesome job, and were always very respectful of our property. We felt very confident leaving them at our home while we were at work. We will have Student works back for any further painting needs, and would certainly highly recommend Jeff and his students. Jeff is very well organized and professional and is always checking in to make sure the work is being done properly and in a timely manner. We also feel good that we are helping these local College and University students in their quest to obtain employment for the summer months before returning to school!
