Assisted Review

An assisted review is collected by a contractor on behalf of the homeowner after their work is completed. The homeowner must confirm the text of the review and may make any changes she or he deems appropriate. The homeowner then assigns the contractor a review score out of 10. Assisted reviews receive the same scrutiny as other reviews and must follow our review guidelines.

The diamond club membership is a great monthly program and has been a great for me. Wayne was really good when he came to do my annual complementary home inspection. He explained everything and knew about some small issues I was having and fix those problems. He also changed my furnace and humidifier filters which was great!

Action Auger is prompt and arrive when they promise to be there. The excellent service starts right when I phone into their office to set up the appointment. The employees are well-dressed, clean and always wear booties over their shoes in the house. They are knowledgeable, helpful, and pleasant to deal with. I would have no trouble recommending Action Auger for any plumbing requirements.
