Kelvin is easy to talk with. He gave us different quotes depending on the materials used. In the end I believe he gives a very reasonable price. It did take a few re-scheduling to finally get the roof done, mostly due to the weather. However, he always called in to re-schedule and so far, it has been easy to contact him. He is also quite accomodating in whatever suggestions we have. So far, I'm happy with the work he has done. He has done quite a few houses in our neighborhood and I believe will be doing a few more in our street this summer.
