Yuri is a thorough professional and very knowledgable. He did a detailed and exhaustive inspection of the interior and exterior of the house. Since we were concerned about any leakage in the basement which was not visible, he checked it with infrared and thermal scanner. After that he took us for a walkthrough which lasted over an hour and explained everything in detail. He gave us a detailed report with pictures by evening. We got a fair estimate of any renovations and replacements that maybe required. I would highly recommend Yuri as he is very knowledgeable.
