Alla and her team did a fantastic job in cleaning our house before we put it on the market. It was particularly challenging for them to deep clean the fridge, oven and gas range as they had been used for years with proper cleaning done, but voila Alla gave me a miracle after 5 solid hours. Valon was very convincing in putting forward what they believe was good for the customer. We were even paying slightly more that another company’s quote to get the assured service of Demiri. Work was conducted in a most professional, friendly and efficient manner, every detail being addressed. Work was done well ahead of schedule. We cannot be more happy and impressed with the result of the work done.

It was a very smooth and friendly operation starting right from the very beginning in the first contact with Anna on enquiry, estimate, and coordination of the actual move. Various telephone and email contacts were made to confirm and re-assure of things to be done properly prior to the move. On the day of move, the team consisting of Sam, Moe, Ty and Ricardo was on time. They were polite, clean, friendly, professional, and worked in a most efficient and joyful manner. The move was completed in excess of 12 hours, exceeding the original anticipated 8-10 hours because we underestimated the number of boxes we had. The team was not complaining a bit. They instead still showed resilience and professionalism, and even going beyond to dismantle and assemble bulky items that were difficult to handle by itself. We believe that the company and staff really went beyond themselves to satisfy customers as a whole and showed that they care about what they promise and deliver. It's really rare to come across such a great team of movers.

We are selling our house and need to replace carpet on the stairs (thanks to our lovely cats all over the years). Mark was very efficient in responding, visiting our home, providing useful samples for us to choose from, and scheduling a suitable time for the work to be done. Of course, the work was done very professionally and well. We couldn't be more happy about both the process and the outcome.
