Victor and his team did an incredible job renovating our downtown loft! Our space was very dated, and had many unique challenges due to the age, construction, and rules of the building. Victor navigated these challenges eloquently, and went above and beyond helping us throughout the entire process, including working with our management board and taking calls at all hours of the day while we were away during the renovation. Victor has an incredible eye for detail, and caught minor imperfections that the average person would not see. This attention to detail led to our project exceeding our expectations! Victor and his team painted the loft, took out the existing flooring and replaced with new engineered hardwood, built an electrified kitchen island and replaced all of our existing cabinets, installed new light fixtures, and created a beautiful backsplash (not to mention fixing our closet, installing our TV, and more). When working with Victor, you can rest assure that you are working with someone who is trustworthy. We would highly recommend Victor to anyone looking to renovate their space. He left us with the place of our dreams :)
