My family bought an old house in Uxbridge, and quickly discovered a family of raccoons living in the chimney and multiple families of birds living in soffits in different areas of the house. Louis quickly identified the source of all of the issues (and a few others we hadn't noticed, including frogs!) His work was thorough and diligent, he kept me totally updated, never tried to oversell, and was an absolute pleasure to deal with.
