I had my annual service for my 15 year oks furnace in December, 2020. Turns out that my furnace had to be tagged. Fortunately I have dealt with A1 for a few years since they installed my AC. I love the service from this company and trust them unconditionally. By noon that day they had a sales Rep come to my house and explain my options for a new furnace . He took time to explain and answer all my questions. Next day the installers were here by 8am and completed the work in just a few hours. They were really great and followed Covid precautions, they even wiped down every single spot that they had touched in the house. I have found that every single person who I have dealt with loves working for this company which tells me a lot.
