What a great service! The repair was relatively small, but the technician showed us how to fix it in case something similar happened again - which I really appreciated! I would highly recommend...

Our dishwasher hadn't been working for about a month by the time we got around to having it fixed. Searching online (and through Homestars) we were able to find Octopus Royal - in fact, they responded almost immediately! With the reviews, and the prompt service we were looking forward to a great experience. WE WEREN'T DISAPPOINTED!!! What a great system! The technician arrived when he said he would, worked quickly and solved the problem! Thank you for a great service!
