Our fireplace had not been working for several years and had been examined by several other technicians. Travis from Classic Fireplace came in and discovered the problem with ease. He was able to get it working again even while I had to wait for parts to be ordered. Zack then came in when the parts arrived and voila. I will not be using anyone else in the future.
