The mold in the attic was removed & treated & the affected drywall & insulation was replaced but the tenant who has 20 years experience in the industry said they displaced the insulation leaving voids and no insulation in a couple of areas, causing condensation on the interior side of the vapor barrier. He also noticed they left some original drywall in the “hard to reach place”. Typically all joints and penetrations of fire walls need to taped or mudded, which the fasteners were not in this case. Last but not least, the disrespect of workers sitting in their bedroom unmasked and no dust protection while removing & fixing the ceiling. They were late 3 out of 4 days & asked the tenant to provide masks. One of the workers put his foot through the bedroom ceiling & waited for the tenant to point it out. When it was repaired the texture & paint did not match! I requested a partial refund & did not hear back about it.
