Old tank died, and we decided to install a water softener as well. Previously we had used Williams HVAC to install our furnace and were very happy with the results. Since this company is now part of Furnace Family we gave them a call. Price was competitive. They were patient with us as we tried to work through the options for tank vs tankless. They were even able to accommodate when we changed our mind at the last minute. Our installer Stephan was exceptional. He kept the house clean, and spent time to make sure we were happy and everything was working as we expected. Would not hesitate to use them again.

Chris was great to work with. He responded promptly to questions via text or email When answering questions, he laid out what the options were, gave his recommendation, but let us make the best decision for our renovation. He is very focused on the quality of the work. Used only quality products. Ensured the area was prepared correctly, so the final product is level and lines are straight. Or renovation had lots of small spaces (closets) and our tiles were not quite what we expected (not Chris's fault). When these obstacles were encountered, he worked with us to find the best solution for our project. In the end the price quoted was the price we payed. Everything you want in a contractor: responsive, quality oriented, on time and on budget.

I bought windows from supreme 3 times over the last 2 years, because I wanted to try out a few of them before committing to getting them all done. Triple pane with e-coating The new windows work great. I have no problems with humidity in the winter and the coatings make a huge differences with heat transfer from the sun in the summer. The sales people were courteous and accommodating of any question or change we wanted to make. The installers were great. Kept a clean worksite and always wore a mask while inside my house. They also answered any question I had and fixed any problems I noticed without complaint You can find cheaper windows, but you get what you pay for.
